MEMBERSHIP

PFLAG encourages persons to become members. The money obtained from membership dues is essential to the functioning of our local PFLAG chapter. You may choose from the following forms of membership:

Individual Membership	$30.00 annually; includes voting privileges, newsletter and additional benefits from National PFLAG; includes $10.00 national dues
Family/Institutional Membership	$45.00 annually, includes $10.00 national dues
Benefactor Membership	$50.00 annually, includes $10.00 national dues
Donations are always welcome.

Contributions are tax-deductible to the full extent provided by law. Please make checks payable to Monterey County PFLAG and mail them to: PFLAG Membership, P.O. Box 2521, Monterey, CA 93942.
